Free Trial Sessions

Step 1
On your first night, you will be met at the door and introduced to the Instructors and Assistant Instructors at your branch.

Step 2
A trained instructor will guide you through an easy warm up & stretch then begin teaching you how to carry out the basic kicks & strikes.

Step 3
After your 2nd trial lesson you decide what to do next… walk away or join us and become a member

Step 4
Basic training teaches you the first kicks, punches strikes and blocks and begins body conditioning.

Step 5
Our training covers dynamic kicks and jumps, focused patterns, and exciting free sparring so there’s always something new to learn and master.

Step 6
You can grade and progress to a new belt level every 12 weeks if you’re ready, or take it more slowly if you prefer, it’s all up to you.

Step 7
Our training program is all about you becoming fitter, healthier and stronger.

Step 8
Reaching new fitness goals that may have seemed out of reach and having fun at the same time. Why not give it a try?
