Co-founders & Instructors
Pacific International Taekwondo co-founders Grandmaster Trevor Dicks and Master Instructor Margaret Dicks began Taekwondo training in 1972 with the UKTA, under the guidance of Grandmaster Rhee Ki Ha.
The rigorous training ignited a passion for the Art that’s still burning strongly in this unique couple. In fact they’ve now spent over 40 years doing what they enjoy most: helping people boost their health, fitness, mental wellbeing and defence skills as they learn the Art of Taekwondo.
Trevor loves breaking tiles. “Me back in 1978. I was born to do this. Don’t let me on your roof.”
Grand Master Dicks
- Appointed as the Regional Director for the World Taekwondo Alliance for Australia, NZ and the South Pacific Area by Grandmaster Han Min Kyo 9th Dan.
- Gets the best from students with a blend of ‘’old school’’ structure and 21st century sense.
- Conducts grading exams for members and instructors across Australia and NZ.
Master Instructor Margaret
- Instructing for over forty years, Margaret has taught many students to black belt level and beyond.
- She makes training fun, self-competitive and tailored to her students’ lifestyles.
- Specialist in training individuals and small groups, including private classes for women and girls.
