Start Taekwondo training Now
I keep telling people: Taekwondo training has been the best thing I’ve decided to do for me, in over 10 years.
Attending the first Taekwondo training session was hard, followed by making it a habit. After creating a new neuropathway and developing the habit, the next hardest thing was my first grading.
I almost fainted probably Haha!
After that it became more than just Taekwondo training. It became an opportunity for self-development and improvement in all aspects of my life. The Instructors helped me to challenge myself and challenge the way I previously coped. With a caring and compassionate nudge in the right direction or a look of discernment which helped me to look inward, at my morals, questioning my behaviour, developing self-control and integrity.
I’m currently 3rd Kup brown tip, 27 years old and hope to achieve brown belt at the next grading. I rang Master Instructor to start martial arts to gain confidence, learn effective self-defense and to better myself.
Master Instructor in response to my procrastination and hesitation with starting that night, said
If not now, when?
So I ventured to Arana Hills branch that night and never stopped going.
